At Jeans Warehouse, we want you to love your fit, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn denim and apparel. Items must be returned with original tags attached and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Denim

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
